2. Estimates Are Not Final Quotes

Prices on this site (e.g. $89 diagnostic, $1,900-$4,800 panels, $599-$1,499 EV chargers) are starting ranges. Your binding price is the written on-site quote you approve before work begins.

3. Service & Scheduling

Response times (60-90 min metro, same-day elsewhere) are targets, not guarantees. Emergency conditions, permits, utility shutdowns, and inspections can affect timing. Never touch sparking equipment — call us immediately.

4. Permits, Inspections & Code

Where the Authority Having Jurisdiction requires it, we pull permits and meet inspectors. You agree to provide property access and accurate information for permit filings.

5. Warranty

Labor carries a lifetime workmanship warranty (repair/re-performance); parts carry manufacturer warranties. Misuse, unauthorized alteration, or utility-side faults are excluded.

6. Payments & Cancellation

Payment terms appear on your invoice. You may cancel unstarted work free of charge; restocking or permit fees already incurred may apply and will be disclosed.

7. Acceptable Use

No misuse, scraping, false bookings, or interference with site operation. We may decline service for unsafe conditions or abuse.

8. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the job giving rise to the claim. See the Disclaimer.
